We lost our AC at the beginning of a loooong trip back to canada in the sweltering heat. Honest 1 Ormond Beach Location saved the day. I don’t think we’ve ever met a more professional and conscientious, client focused business in the automotive industry. They truly went above and beyond to get us safely on our way in comfort. GREAT JOB. The employees were all outstanding and I suspect that kind of client focused service comes from the top. Which we had this franchise here in Toronto Canada.

Honest-1 is, as the name implies, first and foremost, honest. I have had them service my older car for a number of years and I am always given a clear picture of what services are absolutely necessary for performance and/or safety as well as those services which could be delayed or are simply cosmetic or for my convenience as the driver. Furthermore, I am always called if there is a change in the required service and/or the stated estimate for the services being performed. I have always been 5-Star satisfied when I drive home.

Had my car towed I. Thurs nite 8/31 at 6pm, my car was ready on Fri Sept 1 at 9:30am. Liz and her crew have been taking care of my families cars for at least 20 years. They are the best Honest1.

A name carry a lot of weight, never consciously giving thought to a business name (Honest) was well beyond what I expected. Within a few minutes with the services representative ,I notice something a little unusual about my customer experience they where honestly customer conscious. Working in and environment that was very ,very ,clean and pleasant, efficient and very engaging. Restrooms tell a lot about any business establishment and it’s credibility. My momma always say a bathroom tells everything about a person. Well the bathroom, the customer service with the two front people and the gentleman that sits in the back has mastered customer service and the business mission of being honest. You have mastered the competitive advantage of being a Honest business with customer satisfaction and honesty.

I just want give a huge THANKS to honest 1 car care in Ormond! I called later in the afternoon on Friday and I was able to be scheduled for the next day - first thing in the morning! Liz was super sweet and helpful. Liz was very engaged and great with communication! I also opted to receive service updates via text messaging.... (i scheduled for my brakes ..which is vague as brakes may not always need to be done as a full replacement...) I received pictures of my whole vehicle - literally every angle, inside and out throughout the inspection. I was sent a "health" report and was aware of all the maintenance that needed to be done prior to the work being started / completed. I would certainly recommend initiating services with honest 1 car care in Ormond if you're "shopping around" for a place to service your vehicle.
