Very nice. Clean, had a nice children's area. Good tv while waiting. Offered to take me home instead of waiting. Price was right and service personnel were very courteous.

I am very pleased with this business. Eric, Nate and Chuck were wonderful. I am out of state and they got my van in immediately and fixed it quickly. They were a blessing to me.

Honest One is great. I feel I can trust them with my car. Dennis McLaughlin takes the time to explain the problems your car encounters and the solutions needed now and things that can wait. Eric Sewell is also great to talk too. Finally a place with employees I can trust😀❗️

Broke down on I95 in Daytona on my way home to Cutler Bay. Extremely grateful my insurance company recommended Honest-1. Very courteous service, and Dennis kept me abreast of the progress of the repair while we stayed with friends in Titusville. While I pray I don't ever repeat the experience of breaking down like this again, if I do, i hope it's close to Honest-1.

My college age sons' car broke down on way to school and needed to be towed. His car was towed to Honest-1. We were not familiar with the area, or the mechanic. We were pleasantly surprised with the service. They were friendly and kept us informed; returned phone calls, and called when they said they would. They were very descriptive and helpful. Their shop is clean and comfortable. Thank you, Christine and Honest-1, for being friendly, helpful and for making a lousy situation more settling and comfortable.

We took both of our vehicles in for an oil change this week. Service Advisor Michael Nadson was very courteous from the moment we walked through the door. Mike made sure to keep us up to date with estimates and a few recommendations for future work to be done to keep our cars running smoothly. He even noticed a potential safety hazard with our front tires and took care of everything promptly and efficiently. The facility is super clean and provides superior customer service! I went to Honest-1 on a Saturday morning at 7:30 am; 1st customer there! Service advisor Michael Nadson asked me what was going on with my car and informed that he could get a mechanic to come out to the parking lot just to listen to the horrible sound coming from under the hood. Archie; mechanic came out and feared it was engine trouble. I go back inside and Michael offers me coffee, water etc.... he then proceeds to tell me that he may not be able to take the car in because...

I go back inside and Michael offers me coffee, water etc.... he then proceeds to tell me that he may not be able to take the car in because they are so busy. Well about 30 minutes go by and JJ; mechanic inspects the vehicle and runs a diagnostic check and discovers that I only need an alternator! Michael comes over and says "You are one lucky lady"! He called 4 different shops to find my alternator and assures me that they can get the job done in 1 day! Michael was nice enough to give me a ride home and explain the estimate. Approximately 4 hours later my car was fixed!! AMAZING customer service gentlemen! Michael Nadson is by far one the best service advisors that I have ever had to deal with!

I always receive great customer service when I go to Honest 1. The folks there are super friendly and considerate. They are always able to get me in on my schedule. I appreciate that they are open on Sunday as well, that is convenient since I work out of town during the week. I always talk about Honest 1 and recommend to my family and friends/co-workers. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the fact that they have beverages and snacks there for the customers is a plus. I started going to Honest 1 in S. Daytona but was so glad when this one in Ormond Beach opened because it is 3 minutes from my home.
