Kristine was wonderful. She helped us get a rental car and called the Dodge place in Deland about the warranty on our SUV. David the mechanic kept us informed about the mechanical problems. Awesome staff!! Great customer service. SUV overheated on 95 as we were headed back to North Carolina. We arrived at the shop on Friday morning and after Kristine discovered we were from out of state, a mechanic looked at our vehicle right away. We were out-of-state strangers but now we...

I noticed a new noise from under the hood and my father suggested I stop by your shop before driving further. Your advice to not drive was sound indeed as the radiator was in need of replacement. Had I just ignored the noise, I would be facing much worse car trouble. Thank you for your advice and timely repair!

I have been dealing with this company for several years, they are professional and go beyond all expectations when it comes to working on my vehicles. I never worry that they are pushing unwanted or needed service. The facility is first class and the people are too. I highly recommend them if your looking for honest reasonable auto repair work.

Very nice. Clean, had a nice children's area. Good tv while waiting. Offered to take me home instead of waiting. Price was right and service personnel were very courteous.

I am very pleased with this business. Eric, Nate and Chuck were wonderful. I am out of state and they got my van in immediately and fixed it quickly. They were a blessing to me.

We are happy that we could get you back on the road quickly. We get a good number of out of state residents visiting us and we understand how frustrating it can be stranded when traveling. Have a safe trip back.

Honest One is great. I feel I can trust them with my car. Dennis McLaughlin takes the time to explain the problems your car encounters and the solutions needed now and things that can wait. Eric Sewell is also great to talk too. Finally a place with employees I can trust😀❗️
