Ormond Beach Auto Repair

What a unique experience it is having our cars maintained at Honest-1 in Ormond Beach Florida. Amazingly comfortable lobby, the bathroom is so clean and decorated nicer than many homes. But I like the way when you go in for an oil change, they check everything, show me the results, and make recommendations at to what is really important to address now for safety reasons, soon, or plan for in the future, with absolutely no pressure. I have overheard the counter people giving the same thoughtful advice to other customers while I was quietly waiting and having a cup of coffee from their refreshment station. Seeing how they treat other customers in the same kind manner speaks volumes. Also, it's pretty obvious that everyone working there really enjoys what they are doing and enjoy working with each other. It's a very pleasant atmosphere there, and you get that with great teammates, but it starts at the top with a good boss.

Great experience. They were able to work me in on a Saturday for a much needed brake job when my scheduled mechanic was unavailable. They inspected, showed me what the problem was, how much it would cost to fix it, and how long it would take. Their waiting area is very comfortable and the friendliness of the staff is off the charts! I was brought home by the shuttle, and the shuttle driver was amazing and fun to talk to. He picked me back up after the work was complete. Wonderful experience, I cannot recommend this place enough.

Just an all around great experience. They fit us in quickly, found the problem fast, showed us what the problem was, how much it would cost to fix it, and how long it would take to fix it. Their shop is SPOTLESS, and comfortable to wait while your work is being completed and the staff are just wonderful! I cannot recommend this place enough.
