I typically don't leave reviews but I had such a great experience that I needed to. Everything from making the appointment to getting work done on my car was such an easy experience. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive . The facility/waiting area was clean and inviting. The staff discussed the services offered and even told me about a promotion that was going on so I could save some money. I would highly recommend Honest-1 to anyone and trust their work.

First time for an oil change and a new tire. I ended up saving money by buying a 2nd tire and if I need a new tire down the road they will only charge me $19.99 to put the new one on. Everyone was friendly and upbeat and that speaks volumes to me

I was visiting my parents from out of town and had been having AC problems. They were able to fix the problem. They had to keep my car overnight so provided a shuttle service. Very helpful. I recommend their services.

What a Great Customer Service Experience!! I was in a real bind and had very little time and everyone at Honest-1 (Matt, Dennis, Jay, Eric) made a bad situation into one of the best experiences I have had in a long time! The day before I was to drive my parents and their car back to Ohio from their winter stay, the AC unit/compressor blew up! It's a 2005 and I thought it would be tough to find someone that could get the parts and be able to work us in to keep us on schedule. I stopped in around 8am and they had the problem diagnosed, estimate ready, parts ordered and repair complete by 1pm!! They even gave me a free shuttle ride back to our condo and came and picked me up when the car was ready!! WOW I couldn't have asked for, or dreamed of a better experience than I had with Honest-1 Auto Care! It's 90 degrees and it is going to be a comfortable ride to Ohio! 👍🏻😃

My Husband has been taking my 2005 Highlander to Honest-1 in Ormond Beach for over a year now. I agree with his assessment of the service they provide. So far we have just done routine maintenance with them, but it is nice to know they can help with any kinds of problems that might arise. My husband has assured me that they won't recommend something that is not needed.
