Terrific experience yesterday. Mom's car had low tire pressure and it looked like a nail in one tire. Service tech found stones but no nail, checked all four tires for leaks, and made sure pressure was correct all around. No charge! Will definitely return again for service.

Kristine Minimi is the best service advisor. I have been a customer for over two years. She is knowledgeable with mechanics of the car and at the same time; treats you like family. She keeps you informed on any changes needed to your car and keeps you and your car's best interest in mind.

Excellent and polite service. I, as a woman was treated with respect. That was very important to me. The repair to my vehicle was done well and in a timely manner. The Service Advisor, Kristine, was knowledgeable and explained how the repair would proceed. I truly will be back and I am recommending Honest-1 to everyone.

Service agent was vey polite and answered all question. I thought the repair costs were a little high; howeve, quality work is worth it. The itemized bill was given to me. The old parts were not offered to me...

We have previous problems with our former dearlerships with serious electrical problems with my Saturn Vue XR. Unable to get corrected and finally came to Honest 1 who were able to resolve the problem with one of their top mechanics (Chuck). and just recently my girl Annie had brake problems at 5:30 pm that required new parts ,Dennis got involved and arranged service 1st thing in the morning and all work and additional purchase of 2 new tires and car was available for pickup by 4pm. Now thats what I call service.

First, thank you for trusting your cars with us. We will do what ever we can to make your experience with us satisfying. That can be finding the cause of a troublesome issue or trying to service a vehicle to match your time frame. We look forward to seeing you again. All the best, H1 Team

First review of a car repair shop in my life. I trust very few auto repair places....Except This One. I can say that each issue I have had them repair was super. Quick reliable work and fairly priced. Nice clean shop. Friendly people. They don't try to see me things I don't need. Very helpful staff.

People were very nice, but it took them three hours just to give me a quote. And then the quote was SOOO high. I went to another mechanic and got it done for one forth of the price that Honest wanted...

Kristen, We are very sorry your experience with us did not go well. Our delay in servicing your car was waiting on getting the key to unlock the locking lug nuts on your tires. On the price of brakes, it can be hard to compare the type of brake work each shop is quoting. We are audited by two external agencies due to us be accredited by them and they check that our pricing is in line with local pricing. We maintain that pricing while offering a peace of mind life time brake pads and 3 year/36k warranty on the other parts. We do hope to see you back again. All the best, H1 Team
