Staff was pleasant and gained my trust throughout the day. I started home from Lakeland at 3:30 am and spun a bearing on my trailer at 5:15. Honest 1 was the nearest shop to me and proved to be a blessing. I waiting until they opened. The race was fused to the spindle and the technician (I believe Chuck was his name) worked very hard to get the race removed without damaging the spindle. I was fortunate to have landed at Honest 1 Auto Care. Kristine was wonderful and kept an otherwise anxious and aggravating situation to a calm, manageable level. I was back on the road at 2:30 pm.

While the staff was very nice i was extremely disappointed with all the fees i was hit with and wasn't told about til it was time to pay. I was told one price for my wiper blades and charged another. Unfortunately i will not be going back.

I was riding by and needed an oil change. had received coupons in the mail but had none with me. Everyone was efficient and courteous and even offered to honor the coupon. I was told I needed synthetic oil for my Honda and they offered to get another coupon to make the difference only $10.00 more . That saved me $30.00. Needless to say I will return if I need any repairs. Honest people.

Excellent service! They put a brand new engine into my 2002 F150 and it run like a charm! Whats even better is they did it in 3 and a half days, and I had my truck back before the end of the week. Will always use Honest-1.

After having it towed to Honest-1 they got started on it right away, found the parts they needed, and got us on our way home in three days. Some of the best people we have had any dealings with.
