Ben was absolutely great. Took my car in for an oil change but asked him to check everything over since I was driving 1500 miles back up to Boston the next week. Before he did anything, he told me I needed new wiper blades and suggested I have my power steering fluid drained so that new could be put in. Explaining items FIRST, gave me the choices of whether to do these things or not. When I explained my concerns about cost, he again worked with me to make sure everything was affordable. That was so appreciated. Also the place is so clean, you could do brain surgery there! By the way, everyone is so friendly. It will always be the place where I take my SUV.

Upon buying the 44.95 coupon for service. I had a scheduled oil change this morning. Beware to all who have prepurchased the coupon cards. The owner/manager did not see that i had purchased the discount card on my account therefor would not honor the free oil change. If there are didhonest employees in the establishment former or current has nothing to so with the service to my vehicle. No oil change and i have taken my business elsewhere. Buyer beware

I visited this location several times. On each visit they have been very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. They fully inspect my car and advise me of repairs needed. On this last visit I asked them to check my brakes because another shop told me brakes were needed. They brought me out to the shop and let me see the brakes and advised that there was no need to replace them. Honest 1 for a reason, honest people.

As a fairly new customer at Honest-1 with two visits for a job on two different cars I will say that I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the service I received both times. I found that this auto repair facility to be the most professional in all respects compared to any and all of the shops I have utilized over many years with a wide variety of cars, most of them classic cars. I am very pleasantly impressed with the reception area, the customer waiting area, the shop and the cleanliness throughout all areas. Most of all and most important is the professional and courteous respect I received from each individual with whom I came in contact. These employees know what they are doing and they do it extremely well. The initial estimate, the work done, the fast completion of the job and the fair and reasonable price all add up to a shop I will visit again whenever I need a vehicle job done right, in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I hereby recommend Honest-1 to anyone who needs to have maintenance work done on their car.

We're planning a long car trip in a couple of weeks. Started hearing a vibration a little while ago and wanted to get it checked out before the trip. Wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem with the heat shield or exhaust system. Called for an appointment and got one quickly and at a time that was convenient time for us. They checked things out, including the brakes, tightened a few things, and didn't charge anything for their service.
