Ormond Beach Auto Repair

I own Mercedes C300 4matic and have been looking for a reliable and honest auto repair shop. I went to couple auto repair places and wasn't impressed with their service and behavior. Also the local Mercedes Dealership is notorious for charging way to much for the services they provide and not all the repairs they do are top notch. I'm glad I called an Honest - 1 Auto Care, spoke to Ben - service advisor - great guy! Ben was very warm on the phone and I booked B service and alignment, hopping my MB will be treated good. I was glad and surprised to see the business and parking lot are clean and well maintained. The service I received was great and I'm looking forward to having them take care of my cars. I recommend them highly to anyone needing an honest car repair!

I have been going to Honest-1 for about two years now and I send people their way all the time. They truly want to get the job done right and affordably. Dennis is Mclaughlin sat down with myself and recently my mother who was visiting from Miami to explain what the problems with the vehicle were and the options that we had. He gave us the straight forward, old school honest answer; NOT the one that would make him the most money. In a business that is constantly plagued with people trying to scam you out of your money Honest-1 stands true to their name and will make you a long time customer because you can trust that they have your best interests in mind.

The service was exceptional, the staff friendly and I will refer anyone who needs car repairs to them. Want to thank Tricia for her help especially.
