I used to love this place. Their name really rang true. Until recently when i brought my truck in to a appointment for a diagnoses for a ticking sound. Upon scheduling my appointment i told them that my alternator is failing. 45 minutes later they come to me and tell me my alternator is bad... something that i informed the clerk to beforehand. They didn't charge me for the fee yet they didn't do the task i brought my truck in for even though i insisted to pay for a waste of my time. End result a lost customer and a waste of gas.

Our testing confirmed exactly what you said and as you stated, we did not charge you for our diagnostic time. We wanted to make sure we did the right repair to solve your vehicle's problem. As a quality check , we also always diagnose a vehicle before we do any service work on it. Once we work on a vehicle, we own the results so we have to get it right the first time. Honest-1 has never disappointed. Their staff are competent and trustworthy. I was hungry and waiting on an AC fix once and they let me eat a pizza in the lobby.

I have used them for oil changes, tire rotation & brake repair. They have done a great job at good prices. They are straightforward and don't try to 'add on' any unnecessary repairs. Will keep coming back!

Fast, courteous and efficient service for getting a battery checked and replaced. I learned about this service center through the Ladies' nights educational classes at this shop and I definitely will be back when I need service again. Thank you for great service!

I was a walk-in. They advised of the time it would take and were finished well before expected. HIGHLY recommend this location, staff are courteous and friendly, facilities are very clean - even the bathrooms! Prices for service/parts are reasonable and they don't try to sell you what the car doesn't need.
