I came in to see if they could repair a leaking brake line. They called me with a estimate. They got the repairs done the next day and the bill was even lower than the original estimate which was a nice surprise. I would go back again when i need car repair again.

Thank you for the review. We do our very best to provide an exact total for our repairs. We will never charge a customer more than we quoted but if costs come in lower, we will lower the invoice amount. So far, no customers have complained about a lower bill. (smile). Honest Auto Care was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad we took our vehicle to them. Our air conditioner never really worked that well even when the vehicle was brand new and under warranty. We were always told nothing was wrong with it. When it went out again we took it to Honest Auto Care. They were the only company that told us exactly what was wrong and fixed it. Our air has never worked so well nor has it ever been as cold as it is now.

We came here for a second opinion after getting an estimate at Pep Boys for additional work which we weren't sure was necessary. They gave us an accurate evaluation of exactly what work was required and none of the additions at Pep Boys were necessary saving us $950. Mike was great. Thank you for giving us accurate estimates for work that is actually necessary. Will be coming here for future repairs.

Honest-1 Auto Care is amazing they it’s my second time going to them for 2 separate issues with my Gray Nissan Sentra. Andrew Torkaski is so pleasant and so is the rest of the staff. I no longer go to Nissan dealership. Honest-1 is the best place to go for your car repairs.

Stopped here because I needed an oil change and they're right in the area I wanted to go. The inside is immaculate, everyone is SUPER nice, and they have a fantastic waiting area with a TV. They also offer coffee and snacks. The 1st time I went I was pleasantly surprised by a coupon and snack hanging from my rear view mirror when I got back in my car. The 2nd time I was there Mike helped me out with something I postponed from the 1st visit. I'm so glad I found this place and I plan to stick with them for as much as I can get done there!

Chrissi, We really appreciate you coming back. We are an alternative to the small, dark, grimy repair shops where you are afraid to walk in. Our team has worked in those shops at one time or another and said we will create an inviting environment. So we are always thrilled when the difference is brought up. Thanks again.
