We have used Honest-1 in Ormond Beach since we moved to the area 3 years ago and they have always been amazing. Their customer service is top notch! Today, we had a tire repaired because there was a screw in it and when we went to pick it up, the guy handed me the keys and did not even charge us for the repair. What a way to show appreciation for your loyal customers! Today also happens to be our 17th wedding anniversary, so needless to say, our anniversary was made! Thank you Honest-1!

They adjusted alignment and fully inspected car. The bill was zero. Couldn't believe it.

I was able to walk-in without an appointment and get a badly needed full-synthetic oil change, plus a recommended transmission oil change in about an hour for my used and abused Uber Volvo S60. Prices seemed reasonable. Thank you Honest-1! Update: I dropped in last week for an A/C recharge on a new/used car and it must have been my lucky day, because they recharged it for free and threw in a synthetic oil change.

My truck was out of Freon, and living in central Florida with a pregnant Fiancé, I needed a recharge. Mike, was wonderful and very compassionate when I told him my situation, and at 2:30 on a Saturday (they close at 4) he told me to bring it in and they’ll fix it. I had a leak in my high side port, they fixed it and charged me up. Now My truck is blowing ice cold, thanks to these wonderful & professional gentlemen!

I recently had my car worked on here, I have an older vehicle which had several problems. The staff was very friendly and the office and waiting area very clean and set up in a way to make your wait comfortable. They looked over my car and got back to me to let me know what they felt needed to be done, and to get approval for the work. After the work was finished, I picked up the vehicle, but was informed that I may need some additional work. I took the car home only to find out there was still an issue. When I called back and spoke with Mike, he was very nice and said he would get the other part ordered right away. Jay offered me a ride home while I waited for the repair to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge me for that additional part or labor, especially since they had told me that I would probably need that part in the future. These guys stand behind their work!! I will be using Honest One if I ever need any work done, and I will be telling my friends and family the great service these gentleman provide! Thank-You Mike, and all the crew at Honest One!

I've been here twice - once for a bad serpentine belt / alternator pulley, and again for a punctured tire. In both cases they recommended the most cost effective option - even to the point of recommending refurbished parts stores and instructions to do a self-repair, where there's nothing in it for them. They've been consistently understanding and timely.
