This Honest-1 Auto Care did a great job for us. When I took my husband to his radiation treatment, the check engine light went on. We went straight to this shop and Liz K got us right in for diagnostics. They were quick to tell us exactly what was wrong and the cost. Michelle drove us back-and-forth to our home 20 minutes away, she is Lovely! We had a good experience and will return to the shop whenever needed.

TOP NOTCH customer service from Liz, the Service Advisor, and Jay and Michelle at the Ormond Beach/Nova Rd location! They are super friendly, professional and efficient! They genuinely cared about taking care of me and my vehicle. Also the cleanest automotive shop I believe I have ever seen. Spotless restrooms and the waiting area is spacious and comfortable with t.v and free snacks. I limped my diesel truck in there with a fairly major issue being reassured that they even repair diesels. My truck was ready for pickup in less than 24 hours! And on a weekend! Thanks to service technicians, Jeff and Chuck! The diagnosis was quick and explained to me clearly. The repair costs were clearly stated to me, agreed upon and was exact to the penny at checkout. I was not pressured for other services and their prices are very fair and comparable. They gave my vehicle a test drive and a 35 point inspection to verify repairs were successful, let me know of any other issues that may cause a breakdown or safety concerns, which there were none, and let me know of any other issues I may need to address and at what times in the future. I was notified via email and text throughout the entire repair process including pictures of my vehicle inside the shop and on the rack, close-up pictures of the broken/defective parts, pics of the new part to be installed and even pics of the technician working on my vehicle! Never experienced that before! I have found my new automotive shop and will definitely be back for all of the regular services they offer and I would recommend them to anyone!

Brought my car in on Friday to have it checked out. Just bought it. Got an estimate the same day and got my car back the next day. Car rides a lot better. I am very happy with the service. Elizabeth Knight, service advisor, and Steven R. The mechanic did an excellent job. Got a phone call and a card from the owner to make sure I was happy with the service. Thank you, guys. This place took care of me this morning. First thing in the morning they fixed what needed to be fixed and I was on my way. I plan on taking my wife’s and my cars there when I have a problem. Rated 5 Stars on AAA and they proved it. Thanks Frank and Liz

We had our vehicle towed to the shop and they were very prompt in getting it repaired and functional again. Their service is excellent. We already have another vehicle scheduled for repair. Great place and convenient hours!
