I visited the shop today for the first time because I am planning a long road trip and new to the area. I'm more then impressed with the service I received. It is very rare to go to a service center and be honestly treated and told nothing needed to be done on your vehicle. I will definitely use this shop in the future when maintenance on my vehicle needs to be done. Everyone we encountered was friendly and the vehicle analysis they did was sophisticated and timely.

I Have never been treated so well ! they where friendly had snacks and drinks keep us talking and tv set for us we was totaly comfortable while we was there. And place was so clean and decorated so well. U felt like home. my car air was fixed still going knock on wood. So happy and would recomend this place to any one we where from Tn on vacation. I was so upset and afraid to go any where to have my car worked on my husband called this place and set it up for us. Jay And Liz went over and above tomake us feel comfortableand safe. Was referred by Car Max for Max Care Service. The phone was answered on my first attempt around 2PM. A very pleasant employee took down my information and offered an appointment the next morning at 8am. (I had already contacted the dealer but had to leave a message with the answering system, and they didn't return my call until 5:55PM that evening). I took my car in the next morning to HONEST-1 and they gave me a ride home. They have a great system of communication via text or email to keep you up-to-date on what's happening with your vehicle. Honest-1 called me back later in the afternoon to tell me what needed to happen, at the same time I received a text with photos and more explanation. I was then told I would probably have my car back the next afternoon. As promised, my car was ready early afternoon and they came back, picked me up, and they returned me to my car. Such efficient and great service. I would never hesitate to recommend them. They earned all 5 Stars!
